The meal wheel has been generated as a visualisation for meal times when transitioning to a 6 meals per day diet. This can be used with meal planning to formulate a daily meal structure. Initially designed to support a diet for POTS, the meal wheel can be applied to a variety of diets where an individual required more frequent smaller meals.
